Default Hi! New In The World Of BB!

My spelling Sucks sorry!

Hi every one! Let me start by saying that there is a lot of info in this site and I been trying to absor as much as I can, I started to go to the GYM about 2.5 moths ago and I haven't been this happy in a long time I just wish I had done this sooner! I was 305 now 265 in only 2.5 months. They told me I was 30% body fat and that was been nice, well to make a long story short I feel much better, and my cardio has gone up through the roof. I been training bery hard and I'm getting way stronger, I was hitting everything on my body in one day! legs, chest, back, I was doing practicaly anything and everything that came to me, no gots no glory, I have seen very rapid resolts not only in weight drop but strenght, I have started to take this seriouly so I been reading and I totaly agree with most of the stuff posted by some of you guys, I been over worked and under fed, BUT, for me right now is exactly what my body needed.

So to make a long story short, I now started to slow down, and I want to start a plan, there is no shortesh of trainers out there! but do you think I really need one or not?

This site has tons of info I gess the hard part willbe knowing where i want to go from here, BIG or Athletic or BOTH!!

Ither way I know I have to loose more fat, I still have a lot in my proble ares my chest and belly! So here it is! Let me know what you think!!!

Thanks any Advice will be greatly appresiated...!!!

My spelling Sucks sorry!

Welcome. Good progress man, keep it up.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Welcome.

Eric3237's Sig:"Not everyone trains for strength": True. Not everyone one is smart either. Personally, I'm training to be an olympic sprinter so I can have big legs. I also like to move huge boulders because I like the way they look over there...
