Default HIi, i'm new here.....

My name is Kiki and I've been going to the gym on and off for the past year.
I recently decided to commit myself to build muscles and strength.
If anyone can help me, it would be greatly apreciated.
I'm 33 years old and weigh 132# and measure 5'8", I hit the gym everyday, in the mornings preferably.
I'm trying to find a program and diet that suits my location which is Haiti.

Thank you for your help.

KIKI

hello and welcome kiki

There is a wealth of knowledge to be had here. And I'm sure everyone is more then willing to help. If you can list some goals, and what limitations your geographic location has, it will be easier to fine tune a program that will best for you.

Default that was fast!....

Well, my goal is to get a fitter, tonner body. Like most women i don't want to be too bulky, i just want the muscles to show.
I live in Haiti and the problem is that political problems often occur which makes it hard to go regularly to the gym. I'm also looking for a diet consisting mostly of organically grown vegetables. Vitamines and suplements i would have to purchase online....
Thank you again for your help

Welcome Kiki! You're diet of veges, minerals and vitamins sounds good. All you need is to add some kind of protein to your meals. That protein will give your muscles the Amino Acids they need.

Welcome aboard Kiki, You will need to add protein to your diet if you want to tone your muscles. Vegies are great but you can't do it with veggies alone. You should be getting at least 120grms of protein a day minimum. Try not to overtrain. You do need to take a day off now and then. Don't do the same body parts everyday. You will need to put together a program where you work a differnt body part each day. Alot of good reading here. Ask all the questions you want. I know everyone is more than happy to help.

Welcome aboard Kiki, hopefully everyone can help you meet your goals. Take a look at the training and nutrition sections for some tips and maybe post up your current training routine for others too look at. Good luck! That's a cool avatar by the way.
