Default Honey I'm home..
Gents and Ladies,
I'm guessing I should stick with the hard candy coating and skip the creamy inner filling so I won't mention the crap about long walks on the beach.
I'm a ten year cop in Florida and wouldn't change jobs for all the juice in China. Course after seeing Smokie's pic... I'm more like a cop... et... jeeze that dude is large.
I'm 36 years old and a lifetime jock. I'm looking for a club of sorts where I can get honest advice and criticism on my training and shape. When you carry a gun for a living peeps tend to tell you what they think you want to hear... and not the truth. I have thumbed through several posts and enjoy the fact that yall give your honest advice in an uplifting way... yall should teach that to my supervisors.
My goals in short are to compete just one time. If I don't do it soon, it'll be the masters with me and I can't seem to find my cane. I'll post some pics and stats soon and let yall tear me apart to help me rebuild.

Not me, I have yet to this day to meet a cop that didn’t need more than his gun to handle me, its that judge that makes me nervous ;-)
