Hello all.
My login name is Hercules (only because I couldn't think of any other cool sounding name), I couldn't believe that name was still open so I kept it.
My real name is Pete Hildebrand.
I have been working out for a short on and off again period.
But now I just got a real nice bench and look forward to pump it up!
Anyway I am a beginner and I am reading Arnold's encyclipedia and started really getting serious last Sunday.
Blast me an e-mail if you have any advice for a beginner just starting out.
