   |  I felt left out since I didnt' do one so...here goes... Hey there, my name is Denis. I'm 24 from Orange County right near Knott's Berry Farm (woohoo). I'm 6'2" currently 250lbs. Been lifting for 2 years or so, but only consecutively for the past year or so following a 6 month break from a awful back injury. Trying to cut the fat so i can continue my never ending mission of seducing every woman in Southern California, jk. I own a ski boat and spend alot of time at the lake during the summer time and that's my main motivation for getting in shape. Before i started lifting i had just ended a long term relationship that had left me at an all time high of 275lbs... never again! So, i've decided to make fitness a part of my life to ensure I never end up like that again. I'm an IT consultant also, Linux certified, MCP, Project Management certified... geek shit... I love electronic music and have been DJing for 8 years or so... Love this site so far, extremely helpful, i just hope i can contribute something other then witty remarks or comical tidbits :eek: |
