Default I'm back...

Ok hey I'm not new to this forum but I have been gone for a while...So I'm pretty much a babe once again..My current stats are in my sig...Those are pretty much the same stats I've had since last time I posted here...which was approx 6-7months ago.. So obviously I haven't been lifting or eating right...I want to say I've gained weight but I guess in reality I haven't....I was bulking and got up to 185ish then dropped down to about 170ish and am now up to about 175ish..so I've been gaining I suppose...I would like to get motivated towards lifting again so here I am to once again gain knowlege and make a step towards a less sedentary unhealthy lifestyle! Thanks for everyones help in the past and for the help to come.

Pretty much set on Bill Star's 5X5 Intermediate Program...I used this program previously which 0311 recommended and made great gains...I think it would continue to benefit me and will help to lay a great foundation to build off of later...I just hope I can get as motivated as I once was...I loved lifting, but somewhere I went wrong...Pray for me that I get myself on the right track...Thanks again everyone!

LOL...yep I still got that moustache!!! LOL...should I get rid of it or something!?!? Yep, them pm's are still getting worked! They were in no way in vain! Thanks for all the help and for the warm welcome back!!! I went down to the gym earlier today and was checking the prices to refresh my memory and it will cost me $65 for a 3month membership...I don't think that's too shabby..I think I may just sign up for weight lifting at the college I'll be attending...
