Me. I've only begun to canvas this site. Came across it looking for some new fat loss tips. I noticed some threads about that exact topic. Forgot to mention a couple of things. I have been working out for many years but I am not up to date on the latest techniques and dieting. I am lacking especially when it comes to the detail areas such as cuts and symmetry.
