Default My kid on the block

Hi
Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I have lifted pretty hard in the past
but life and work take over sometimes and all gos to hell. I will try to post a few pics soon and hope to get back to were I use to be and alot futher
diet is a hard item for me. ( need to break a old habbit)..
