Hey all I am 25 and need to get back into shape. I was in the USMC for 1 yr and a half until I got medically discharged, but that is another episode. I used to weigh 187 when I got out of the Corps. Now I way 265. Big difference I know. Any help and Motivation will be appreciated. Talk to you all Later.
