| Well I feel some what silly for joining a bodybuilding fourm, but I'm lost. Ok here I go. I started lifting after I got back from Iraq the first time. I was 225 and 21% body fat at the time. In 5 months I went to 240 and 15% body fat. Now after 2 and a half years I'm back in the army and back in Iraq. My weight now is 255 and 22% body fat. I loved my body back than, and I want to get it back and get bigger than that. When I was lifting the first time I was in Germany and eat everything and drinking like a fish. Now being here in Iraq(can't drink or really eat fat boy food) I can't loss the fat or get any size... I know its going to take time to get back to looking alright. But what can I really do to help. What can I take to help, and do? Thanks, the Infantry guy. |
