Cool New Girl joining in...
Hello Everyone...

Just wanted to say this site looks really cool!

I've been into lifting for about 4 years now...it's the best choice I've made in my life. Right now I'm working on shredding up and have one month left to do it! (though I'll go for as long as it takes... I'm doing this for an online competition). Diet and training are going well...just hoping to see abs sometime soon.

Anyways, it's nice to be here.
