Default New Guy!
Hey guys, just joined up here and wanted to introduce myself. I've been working out for about 16 yrs and have some bodybuilding competitions and a little powerlifting competiton under my belt. Some of you may remember me from the BN boards. I'm usually more of a post reader than post and responder. But I'm looking forward to some good interaction with all of you.
