I'm 17 6'2 190 low bf% not sure on the number. I play football, basketball, and baseball so i'm in shape all year round. I've been lifting for about 2 years on and off. i basiclly want to get bigger, stronger, and faster. I have a good bit of knowledge on supplements. my workout is:

chest
bi and tri
legs
back and shoulders
rest
then i start all over again.
Goal i want to be 200 lbs at end of summer and benching 250 and squating 300+(not sure if it is a reasonable goal b/c i bench 205 and squat 280)
I take my lifting very serious nothing comes in the way of me and the gym. OH yeah and i want a big set of pythons

Anything is possible if u set ur mind on it. You might have to eat about 1000 calories more per day than usual to acheive that 10 pound goal in two month tho.
