Lightbulb new guy from central NJ

22yr old college student
workin full time at a deli and pharmacy
help run a website/car club called NJtuners.com

back when i was 16 i weighed in at 224lbs at 5'2"
started feeling pressure in my chest and had symptoms of a heart murmur so i started running and losing weight. I went down to 170 before my 18th birthday and maxed my bench press at 220lbs with a max squat of 290lbs.

Then i met the Rutgers University dining hall...and i went back up to 200 very quickly.

I'm currently 22 and weigh in at 190 with about 18% body fat. Looking to lose some weight and get back down to 170, so i figured i'd sign up and see where this site takes me.

I'd appreciate any comments and sugguestion

Welcome.

If you lift a little pink dumbell 300 times...toward the end it will "feel" intense. If you think it IS intense, then you need a better defintion of intensity.
