| Hey Everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself here. My name is Aaron and I'm currently in rehab after an arm surgery which has kept me from lifting now for 6 months! I am just now getting back into the gym and my supplementation. I hope I can be of some help to others as well as get some help from everyone as well. I hope we can all work together to better ourselves! See ya on the boards... |

The rehab is going well so far. I'm a couple months in so I am just about ready to start lifting "solid" weight again. I also will be starting my first phase of throwing again after the 1st of the yr. Wish me luck...

As for a complete cycle... I would like to stay natural for at least 6 months of good solid lifting before taking anything. I say this because, it will allow me to lift thru any platue's I may have before I truly 'need' to take something to get over that really hard bump. Ya know? Besides, I want to make sure my intensity is ALWAYS there when I lift, and not some drug creating that effect for me. Believe me, I am well set for when the time comes though! Thank you very much for the recovery wishes!
