From Iowa, name's Jim. I currently weigh 195 lbs. and am 5'9''. Most of the weight is body fat. I started lifting about two weeks ago, main plan is to lose weight and gain strength. Any advice would be great!!!! Thanks.

make sure you look through the fatloss section and look through the training section to find some workouts that would be good for you...............
