| 5'10" 190 lbs. appx. 16% bf.....looking to get under 10% on bf and about 215-220 lbs. lifted off and on for appx. 4 yrs. Been back into it heavy for about 3mos. now. Started out at 215 lbs. and 28% bf. Lifting knowledge comes from football days, but not much else. Lack a lot of knowledge in the supplement area. I'm a results now kinda person, but I know patience is a virtue when bodybuilding. Thanks for the welcome! |

welcome to the board, and we are all "results now" kinda people lol... but you have a realistic view to realize that patience is a virtue in BB... the whole "results now" approach will have you making/losing gains while never making any progress... you'll just be spinning your wheels and wasting your time. slow steady improvements are what you should expect. diet is key followed by training and then supplementation. get your diet in order and you will see much greater gains than if you were to just skip to supps... knowledge is your friend | |
