Default New to board

I just wanted to introduce myself, say hi to all members, and ask a question. I have a very high metabolism, it seems that I can eat all of the time, but I just can't seem to gain weight. Is there anything that I can do to keep the weight on? Thanks in advance.

Welcome...In the nutrition articles section, there's some great articles that IMO address your problem..

Welcome.

In addition to what the others said, definitely hit up the pre and post workout shakes.
