Default New to the Forum

Hi everyone My names Chris been working out off and on since i was 17-18 now im 24, just got back into it after about a year hiatus, hit deep depression and gained some serious fat.

I'm 5'11 247

i'd post some pics if someone could direct me on how to do so

Looking forward to using this forum to share my progress, and to learn and share my experiences as well, seemed pretty user friendly here and frequented pretty regularly
