Gender: | Just wanted to stop in and say hi I'm 28 and have been lifting since I was 16 (I only wish I never took a few years off in between) I'm 6'1 217lb 10% bodyfat I'm always looking to put on more muscle while I keep my fat down, but it's a long process. I have put on about 57lbs since I started. I'm a hard gainer, but that's ok because that means I can have some cheat meals and not worry to much about putting extra weight on. Anyways, I'm on here to learn and share some info. |

Gender: | I've done it and it has worked. Just look at my journal. Also, I can think of 4-5 people, including myself, that have done some form of 5x5, just look in the journal section. |
