newbie to forum

Hi everyone,

Where to start? Let's see, I worked out pretty heavily for about 5 years when I was young, and I got pretty ripped and big muscle-wise. Then by around age 21 or so, I began to party...and party...and really party...and party some more...LOL... Well, you get the picture!

I basically stopped working out for about 10 years (smoke d cigarretes - 1 to 2 packs a day - during the whole time.

And for the last 10 years I have been working out pretty much off and on. There have been periods when I have been consistent and stuck to a routine for 6 months or so. But then something always seems to happen that takes me out of the workout loop for a month or two, and then its "start all over again" time.

I have literally "started all over again" more times than I can count over the last 10 years, always being forced to stop working out for whatever reason (and sometimes just out of pure laziness). But I always seem to get back in the saddle, and hit the gym again.

My last 10 years have been plagued by a number of injuries that have put quite a damper on my training (some of which happened at my job and were unavoidable). But, I always seem to bounce back.

Since returning back to college my workouts have been rather "thin" these last 3 years or so, but I'm finally just about through and I will be able to spend more time in the gym.

Well, if you have read my long-winded story all the way through here, par t yourself on the back because you're probably one of the first to ever do so.

Anyways, just wanted to say hello to everybody, and good luck in your training!

- get huge (GH) :weights:

...LOL!
