Default partly new to this

hello,
I am coming to this site for information. A bit of history first. When I was in high school, I was about 210lbs. I was in a athletic/weightlifting gym class. I found some minor gains in that, I gained quite a bit of muscle and endurance. that was in 2005. last winter, I had hit my low point. I was a few pounds shy of 300lbs. as of recent, I fluctuate between 265 and 270, and have been since about the spring. I am now in college again, and have weightroom access, but I have trouble setting up what I should be doing. I tried another bodybuilding forum and got no info. they seemed more into selling products. my last visit to the gym a few weeks ago I started up again at 190lbs bench 20 reps. my arms burned and felt weak for a few days, I think I may have jumped in too hard too fast. basically, I need a lot of advice on moving forward and getting to where I want to be.

Welcome! Get a good nutrition plan, maybe invest in some supps (protein, creatine, mutli vitamin, fish oil), and start a proven training program like 5x5 or HST or something like that.
