Default Psychobilly rock n roller with a taste for the weights from Florida

What's up guys and girls? My name's Frankie and I'm from Clearwater, Florida, which is right outside of Tampa. Been on the site for a while now, just browsing, but I figured it was time to post and introduce myself.

Well, I'm 23 years old. I was born and spent most of my childhood in Essex County, New Jersey. I work the old 9-5 slave shift as a Computer Administrator for Cardinal Health. It's a pretty boring gig, but it pays the bills. I've got a 22 year old wife, who is a secretary by day, fetish model by night (lucky me), a 6 year old daughter who is a natural on the drums and too analytical for her own good, and a 2 year old son who loves roughousing in the backyard and sometimes speaks Spanish for no good reason.

Aside from being a 5-day-a-week guy at the gym, my other hobbies include cars, motorcycles, and being a musician. I love American muscle cars and American classics, and personally own a 1967 Camaro SS, 1971 Ford Torino GT, and although not a classic, it's still cool, a 1987 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. I'm a big fan of domestic and British cruisers, and ride a 1997 Harley-Davidson Springer Software decked out all retro. I play Gibson and Fender guitars in a Country/Punk Rock band called The Sixxxgun Saloon.

Well, now you know way too much about me. For prosperity, here's a pic of my wannabe bulk weighing in a 185lbs at 6'2".

Quite an intro..Welcome!

Darkhorse's Sig:My Training Philosophy

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

Thank you! My thighs are like tree trunks, thanks to how they formed when I was younger and rode my bicycle everywhere, but my calves are like sticks. Lately I've been doing a lot of slow, focused calf raises on my leg day, and they're starting to shape up a little. Until then, I'll continue to wear boot-cut jeans.

Welcome!

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.
