Default Questions to follow.

Great site guys. I always check on a site for a week or so before I bother with it. I have already got some great technical knowledge from the site...Thanks.
About me... I love training in the gym/cage as much as I can. I travel and am in Japan for now, fighting and doing some "other" work. I compete in Full Contact Fighting events and k1 rules/Muay thai fights. I am 6' 180lbs and am 26yrs. I want to gain a good 20lbs. I am not a beginner by no means but I will have questions as i see there is great advice from some of you out there.
Thanks again to all.
Mike

welcome

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Welcome.
That's awesome, I'm looking to get into Muay Thai fights as a transition to MMA. I already compete in BJJ. I'm glad to see another Martial artist.

Welcome.

Eric3237's Sig:To go from the general to the specific is a very good idea. But to go from the specific to the general; that's just confusing.
