So I'll Introduce Myself As Well
 

The name's James. I'm 18, 5'8'' and right now 175. Recently (about 4-5 months ago) became a health nut. So I watch what I eat and do as much physically as I can. Hopeing to get a lean cut figure, but not too small, but defenitly not too big. I find most girls are thrown off by the gigantic muscles, and personally, I think when overdone some people don't look right all jacked up haha. As time goes on that all might change. I play lacrosse and I'm very active. I enjoy running and cardiovascular workouts. So I'm hoping to get into shape quicker then expected at 1st. I'll post some pictures within the next few months to do a compare and contrast of now till then. Hopefully I can gather some help from the members here. Hope to have everyones eyes become wide open after looking at me.. That's my ultimate goal. Best of luck to all on their goals too.
