just wanted to give you guys an intro. I hope to be of service and give what I can. I'm 25, 5'11", 204, 10%bf, and have been lifting for about 7 years, the resent 3 have been very strict. aaaaaaannd that's the short version. hope to hear from you guys soon. I have question soon.

If u have only been living for 7 yrs then why does ur age say 25? Are you from mars or something, where the year is only 100 days long
