| Rank: New Member | Hey all! Been BB for 4 years now. 4 weeks out of my first competition. Pretty nervous, but extremely excited! I am 22, currently 168, 5'9" and will be competing as a heavy weight. Hoping to get contest weight down to 158. It's been a long road for me so far b/c my diet will come full circle of 16 weeks when I'm all done. I was 31% BF when I started at 214lbs, I have a training partner and I am currently 18% BF @168. I have dropped 4 pant sizes, 8" in my waist, 4" in my chest, 7" in my thighs, 8" in hips.....basically i was fat and now I'm lean and buff! I actually have killer legs, and an awesome back! Very excited! If anyone has any precontest info you'd love to share, i'm all ears! If your interested, I would love to tell ya more bout my long, winding road of weight loss! TTYL |
