Talking Sup Fellow Meat Heads?

Hey all!
Been BB for 4 years now. 4 weeks out of my first competition. Pretty nervous, but extremely excited! I am 22, currently 168, 5'9" and will be competing as a heavy weight. Hoping to get contest weight down to 158. It's been a long road for me so far b/c my diet will come full circle of 16 weeks when I'm all done. I was 31% BF when I started at 214lbs, I have a training partner and I am currently 18% BF @168. I have dropped 4 pant sizes, 8" in my waist, 4" in my chest, 7" in my thighs, 8" in hips.....basically i was fat and now I'm lean and buff! I actually have killer legs, and an awesome back! Very excited! If anyone has any precontest info you'd love to share, i'm all ears! If your interested, I would love to tell ya more bout my long, winding road of weight loss! TTYL

Hey Sngl_Chc, good to see women who care about this sport. For your comp, make sure you practice your posing routines and get the basics down. Good luck and keep us informed on your progress.
