| Hello, new guy to the site, been lifting off and on since 2000. Just turned 25 in April. I have always had a problem with gaining weight. I cant seem to break 160! My goal is 175. I was off for quite a while back in 2004 due to a fractured and dislocated elbow. Since then I lost weight and have no motivation to get in the gym. HELP! Erik |

| Be like SDF, take in 2 PBnJ's and a bunch of milk. tasty. Try to add a meal a day, slowly build up how much you eat. A first step will be to write down what you eat for a week. Also read the bulking sticky and go from there. You need to eat to grow. |
