Default What Up Everybody?!

Hey everybody, my name is Brandon, I weigh about 135 lbs., and I'm trying to gain 35-40 lbs. as soon as I possibly can. I hate being so skinny, and it seems like no matter how much I eat, I don't gain any weight. I've been trying to bodybuild for the past year, but my workouts are always random and unorganized. lol I've been looking through Bodybuilding magazines and visiting Bodybuilding sites, and I still can't seem to find the right workout routine and diet plan for me. I hope to get some helpful advice from you guys, it would be much appreciated. Looks like a great site!

Welcome.

EricT's Sig:I'm tired of the myth that bb'rs aren't flexible. As a group, they are extremely flexible. They have an amazing ability to bend over, place their heads between their legs, and blow smoke up their own asses.
