Default you've now got someone from maine

hey guys, im a little late posting this, but. im Tom, ive been lifting for about 16 months now. my bench max has gone up from 115 to 235, my deadlift from 225 to 335 and my weight has gone from 190 to 220. So ive had some pretty good gains. i play football for my high school team, i play right tackle and left end. so i use my muscles more then some people . also during the summer i do landscaping. ive been reading the posts here for about a month, and i actually joined about 2.5 weeks ago, maybe a little longer.

welcome

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
