Default Zeuse in the house!

Hey everyone! My real name is Jason and I am 24 years old, going on 25! I'v been training for at least 6 years but injuries have kept me away from the gym alot I have 2 tendenitois in the left shoulder and I have 3 spraines in my back! Most because of work and bad mouvements but it's often hard to train! I started training more seriously about 2 years ago! I weighed 150lbs and I am about 5foot 9. I have always been a skinny one. I started eating a lot and then got injured. I was pissed of so I stopped caring a bit about food and ate McDonalds and crap for the whole summer and gained 10lbs. From last year I started training harder and took another 7lbs so I am now at 167lbs. I don't do squats cause its hard on my elbow, holding upright and the weight on it and all. I only take creatine and proteins and vitamins. I am always tempted to take something new a bit stronger but I try to keep my temptation down lol!! Thats pretty much it! So see you around everyone and take care!

Welcome to the site! Don't totally give up squats cause it is vitally important. Have you tried hack squats or sissy squats? They may be a viable alternative for you. Good luck on meeting your goals.

lol I hate typing huge posts, but anyways I found a couple sites that should help you get the idea about sissy and hack squats. I like them because the not only explain the exercise, but show it with pictures.

Sissy squat- http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...issySquat.html

Hack Squat- http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...HackSquat.html or http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...HackSquat.html

"Success in anything seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes but don't quit. They hang on after others have let go".

"For me life is continuously being hungry. The meaning of life is not simply to exist, to survive, but to move ahead, to go up, to achieve, to conquer." - Arnold Schwarzenegger
