Looking good Big Guy. Keep up the good work. Maybe I should look into getting a pair of bands as well...

The weighted dips + bands video really looks intense. When exactly in the workout are you doing these...beginning or end? If your doing these at the end then I really have to give you props as those would probably kill me.

Also are you still working with IA?

Thanks fellas. Yeah, I eat A LOT!!!!!!!!!!

I DID do a few sets last week with BOTH light bands wrapped around my neck. Now that was an absolute 100% effort lol. At first I tipped all the way forward and was nearly doing pushups on the dip bar . I just needed to scoot the 125's forward a bit to fix it.

I do those as my next to last exercise. Actually, the banded DB presses were well before the dips lol. If you look at my fifth rep of the db press, it was a real grinder for my triceps. BTW, that was one of my final sets of those.

Yep, still with IA! He's got me thinking outside the box finally so it's well worth it. Plus, it's fantastic to not have to think at all about anything... I just call him if there's any questions/problems, and I get an email with the next however long all layed out for me. It all depends on how I'm progressing.

Hopefully my buddy will host them at youtube tonight! Bring some popcorn, cause I've got some good footage!

Bench: 330 x 3
Bench: 365 x 3
3 Board Press: 385 x 3

Hopefully in a few days I'd like to update my banded dips from last time.. Both light bands + additional weight! Comes out to about 45-50 lbs per band.

Solid and Nice numbers bro!

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
