Here's some hideous pics of your buddy. I tried to use the web cam and it actually looks too dark, but at least you don't see my face. If you did you'd hump the monitor.

I posted these in response to our new friend here who said only him and DR. X had balls to post pics. Long overdue anyway. I'll post waay better ones soon.

These pics are impossible to see on my work computer, but on my home computer they look fine. Can anyone see these or is it way to dark to make out anything? My chest shot looks like it's a shadow. That sucks. Well, I'll most definately try and post more somehow with more light. I didn't know the web cam would be that bad.

Ya they are pretty dark and fuzzy, but I can see your figure good enough. You got a good broad chest and nice looking shoulders there from what I can see. That tape measurer showing 19 inch guns? Pretty impressive 0311.

You look great man. I had a feeling that when Bryan made that comment you'd be tossing up some pics. 19" guns, I hope you have those things registered.

Thanks guys, I'm embarrased that they look so dark. On my work computer right now I can't see them, but at home they come in really good. I will post more ASAP.

i agree with everything sleazy said. pics are dark but you can see everything, and everything is looking good and 19 inch arms are pretty huge imo

If you squint and stand far away you can just make it out (I'm kidding). I can tell you have great pecs, traps, and biceps. Your biceps have given me an idea of what mine will look like someday. This week mine are 14.25" when I started they were 13" my long term goal is 17" but it looks like I may reach that sooner than I think, perhaps in a year.

BTW I have better things to hump than the monitor :D

My new computer monitor here at work makes a huge difference. I can see the pics perfectly. I'm sure some of you have problems with the lighting of your monitors so I'll post more from my digital camera next chance I get..Or remember. :D

yup... it just depends on the person. I have this one guy I grapple with and he's this 6'3" 230lbs, all upper body type. and I throw him everywhere. and there's this guy who is 5'7" and about 155 and he gets me every time I mean runs a clinic on me. I have this instructor who is 5'11" and about 215 and he it just amazing, I mean just amazing. I don't know how he does it but every time we go at it I end up on my back and he sits on me and just F's with me, not like he's in the mount in MMA, I mean sits on my abs with his legs out and just starts giggling, it's kinda funny. So it just depends on the person.

Its been my exsperience that that bigger they are, the slower they fall. Its funny, when you knock out someone thats over six two, 230 its seems like it takes forever for them to actually hit the ground.

That sounds like an experience I had when I challenged Paul Bunyan to an axe fight..I'm still here!..F'ing took him damn near 15 minutes to finally fall! So once he started the decent after I kicked his ass, I went into my log cabin and ate a slice of apple pie in time to come back out and see him hit the deck.

I DID take some videos so hang on. Nothing special. Today was just for practice. This pic today marks the final strength phase week for me. No mass lost, just a lot of strength gained. I think I'm going to wait until the end of the next four weeks when I'm finished with hypertrophy. I've got a lot planned so stay tuned.

I'd have taken more, but my memory was full. So more to come.

I'm currently weighing 250 lbs give or take. 19 3/4" arms which I wanted to showcase today. Chest is still 51".
