120lbs - 265lbs+ 17 year experiment before after pics
Figure it might inspire some people. Only supplements I took were Creatine cycled on and off for 12 years more off than on only 1 teaspoon a week sometimes not the dosage they want you to take.
And a protein shake myoplex. Muscle milk also is good.

that was insprieing, inspireing to SQUAT. you could've gotten that big in 8 years if you got under a squat bar. FAILURE!
