4 months into lifting
I have been working out spuraticly for the past year and only recently have i had the time to dedicate myself to a more intense routine.
180lbs - goal is 200lbs

You seem to have developed a pretty good foundation to work with over the past year. Your also relatively lean will come in handy so you don't have to do a ton of cutting later on once your at your goal.
Hit the weights and the dinner table hard and you should hit 200.
Not bad brother think of the gains your would get if you put in a huge effort man. Eat lots of protine you will hit 200. Good luck.
