Keep up the hard work Over40. It's good to see people not giving up in life at the prime of their life. Can't wait to see the updates.

Maybe I missed this somewhere, but what are your goals in changing your build? Are you looking to bulk or cut more?

Goals - cut the gut some more, Get the arms to 18" (17 now), bench 300. My bench now is around 260 (Estimated, haven't tried to see limit in three years), I'll go for max tommarrow, to see where I stand. Workout at home, have to be carefull, no spotter. I may go to the gym if I can find workout partner so to push the limits more. I like my wind pipe uncrushed. I love the self motovation at home, no one to push me but me. :D
