Default 5 Year Bulk Time to Cut!!!

Here is me at 235lbs at 5'8". Not sure about my body fat % im sure its higher than i want it to be.

what about the wheels? looking pretty big though, cut down and youd be a monster. good luck and stick with it (cuts aint any fun).

If you lift a little pink dumbell 300 times...toward the end it will "feel" intense. If you think it IS intense, then you need a better defintion of intensity.
