lookin thick stone. I wouldnt worry too much about "looking fat" when your putting up numbers like that. Besides you can always cut later ... no rush on that at all.

Lookin' thick..Where've you been hiding lately?

I might be less than 15% bodyfat after all. When/how did you get your bodyfat tested?..I always assumed I was because I tried one of those electronic hand helds..(Don't get me wrong, you still look terrific.)

0311 I have been working at UCSB. I leave at 5:00 am and get home around 5:00 to 5:30. Santa Barbara traffic sucks! Two lanes in and two lane out, enough to drive a person insane. I get home workout eat and go to sleep. Or eat and go to sleep on off days. As far as the body fat I am using an electric caliper that came with my myotape. Hell I may be worse off than 15% would not surprise me by what I am lookin at in the mirror but thats how it reads on the caliper. Hey I cannot deny that fact that I'm fat as hell, thanks for trying to make me feel better but I know the truth :-) I will just have to live with it for about another year by the way I figure it barring any injuries occur to slow me down.

Just be happy you're driving through there compared to poor me...I'm on the I-405 S. from Beverly Hills all the way down to Huntington Beach! To put my drive in perspective, when I drive home from work at 0500, it takes me 42 minutes at 80 mph. When I drive home (if I have the day shift) at 1700, it takes me about 1 hour 45 minutes! I go anywhere from 0-10 mph from Bev. Hills down past LAX Airport..That's halfway home!

Santa Barbera is awesome. If not for the wicked scenery with the ocean and cliffs, partying down on State St. is off the hook! Of course, this was while I was in and unmarried.. It's a distance from where I live, but my Marine buddies and I got more ass up there than a toilet seat.

I know what you mean, when I first got slammed on recruiting duty I owned a home in San Clemente and was stationed in Canoga Park. I went home everyday until the house sold, I know the drive very well. Next week I start digging the basement for a new high rise somewhere around LaBrea and Wilshire, I’ll probably pass you going the other way…………I’ll wave to you.

PS. I followed your advice and started off on Fridays (For speed) flat bench 50% 200 10x3 that was actually pretty easy so I moved to 60% 260 8x2 I have done that the last two weeks and that is becoming easier so this Friday I am going to 260 10x3 Thanks for the advice I like it a lot

Wow, awesome progression. Just be sure that you move the bar both up and down as fast as possible. Glad everything's running smooth!
