I thought you said you had it rough! I was infantry..

I agree with testing for steroids. Normally they don't in regards to a standard piss test, but if you're looking abnormally good (being muscular amongst all the skinnies), they'll order a special test. Being in the infantry, we were either doing 4 mile pack runs at zero dark thirty, or we were in the bush. I got to get fap'ed out to work as a lifeguard at the 3/5 pool for 9 months So, take away running and field ops and add heavy lifting and 1000 meter crawl stroking...I also ended up standing tall waiting for word about my special test.. Also never came -> too expensive!

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

hey, I have spent damn near the last decade in either infantry or field artillery. Remember, when you grunts kick down the door, i'm right behind you yanking and identifying the perps who keep planting IEDs on the roadside, so no slack, you! *wags a finger*

besides, you were a DAMN LIFEGUARD!

one of the dudes in my unit over in Korea ended up doing the lifeguard thing. He was a lifeguard almost his entire tour...damn lucky bastid!
