After @ 6 months of lifting and running
Here are my pics after six months of lifting and running. A was at 230 lbs and fat as can be. I am presently at 178 lbs. Thoughts and Advice please!
My thoughts are your doing well, for anymore help you need to post abit more, like diet training program?
