Good job man, looks good.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

I'm sitting at 5'10" about 190. 1 rm squat is 375, bench 290, deadlift about 410. Im hoping to reach the 700 club after my next 5x5. Your avatar doesnt show much in the way of fat huntor...

I havent tried to max out my lifts on the big three in awhile so im not sure where I am compared to you. As for the bodyfat I hold alot around my midsection and chest. Bad genetics I guess and also the fact that I cant stand most forms of cardio. Id rather play a few games of basketball then run on a treadmill. I am going to focus on more of a bulk diet and then do a cut a few months from now. I think this Friday I am going to try 315 on bench and see how it goes. I havent done deadlifts for that long so I cant imagine doing them as heavy as you did...and im still working on getting my strength up on squats.
