Gender: | here are some pics after i ripped my quad/hamstring for the second time. i think it was the quad but i cant remember if it was my quad or hammy. it hurt as much as it looks like it did. couldnt bend my leg for a few weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
