i have been training 1 year now solid will bulk up till xmas then cut up nxt year tell me ur honest opions please i know i already have a belly lol but just what you think i shout try focus on to have a nice shape ect.......thankyou guys....and girls!

Looks like you are doing good for one year. You are an endomorph--meaning you don't have too much trouble building mass but you also tend to carry more bodyfat than other body types. Be careful not to let your bodyfat get too much higher.

Yeah I would definatly concentrate on getting more cut. Watch your eating habits being endomorphic will make alot harder to lose them calories so work out a good balanced diet when you start to cut.
