these 3 are at 17 yrs old, 185 lbs. I obviously have a ways to go.

Looking good ANT.

Ditto to what 0311 said, I personally never had a base that good when I started out so you should be able to go far as your training progresses. Add some mass and your physique should be in real good shape as you get older.

thanks for the feedback. I was planning on starting Ironman's bulking routine next http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...ad.php?t=60704
any advice on if this would be the best next step for me or not?

Looks fine, although you don't need anything complicated and intrequet neither.

Any way you can post what you're currently doing? IMO, it would better suit you to tweek what you're currently doing and increase the amount of food you're eating than doing a program that I'm 99% sure Anuj probably sent you via pm.

haha he actually didnt, but I did come across that workout through one of his posts. but I will post what I've been doing. I actually found a way to use this as part of an anatomy project for class, so I've been keeping a record of everything I've done in the gym for the last 6 weeks. I'll PM you with the link once I type it all up and post it.
