Gender: | Looking good ANT. Ditto to what 0311 said, I personally never had a base that good when I started out so you should be able to go far as your training progresses. Add some mass and your physique should be in real good shape as you get older. ![]() |

Gender: | haha he actually didnt, but I did come across that workout through one of his posts. but I will post what I've been doing. I actually found a way to use this as part of an anatomy project for class, so I've been keeping a record of everything I've done in the gym for the last 6 weeks. I'll PM you with the link once I type it all up and post it. |
