Just did the SSA Battle of the Bench Gods and did pretty good. I hit a new PR with 400lb's today, which gave me Best Lifter.

I got to hook up with my good buddy Nick Winters (google him if you don't know who he is) and watch him in action. Wasn't his day and he is still nursing a bad pec/bicep injury.

I will have a picture or two here in the next day. Sore tonight, but happy!
