Default before and after pics

Hey can anyone help me, I've been cutting for 3 months and I am training to be a wheelchair bodybuilder. It seems like this process is so slow. I've been dieting and not cheating. I've been eating tons of green leaf foods. fat free. tuna, chicken haven't eaten beef really, drinking water only and I've also been taking lipo 6. Can someone tell me what to add or take out of my diet and let me know how my progress is.

The only way to make suggestions is if you post your stats and diet.

It's a little hard to compare the two pics cause they are so different but I would definately say you look leaner in the second one. Like X said, post up some dietary info and maybe we can add some suggestions.

Other than that though it looks like your making progress.

In the morning I eat oatmeal then 2 hours later I'll have a gronola bar, then I'll eat lunch, half of a tuna sandwhich with fat gree mayonaise. then 2 hours later I'll have another gronola bar and I'll do that until I have dinner which is usually chicken and rice and I'll eat gronola bars until 9 and then I won't eat anything. I take lipo6 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night and I'm also taking protien, creatine, glutamine, lipidex, dextrose and 4 impact nutrition suppliments but I'm not gonna buy any more impact supps. they're so damn exspensive (DERMAgain, maxteron, equi-bolan, genedge) after I'm done this I'm def. gonna stick with creatine, protien, dextrose, lipidex, glutamine and lipo6 and I might get NO xplode

I can defiantly notice greater leanness in the recent picture.

As far as diet goes, I highly suggest you look at some of the topics pinned in the Diet and Nutrition Forums. I suggest that you start nutrient pairing i.e., protein and carbs and perhaps fat depending on your insulin sensitivity.

Also, do some research into your supplementation, to be honest I would avoide glutamine due to a multitude of reasons which I am sure Eric has already discussed somewhere, as well as (low)Impact Nutrition supplements.
