Good base man, you can easily go far.
Should I put on more weight or cut what I got, I don't really want to be ginormous just around 200 lbs would make me happy.
your choice, but either way you'll need to clean bulk eventually.
option 1: clean bulk to a little over 200, then cut
option 2: cut until you get your body to look like a smaller version of your goal, then clean bulk from there
I'm assuming your goals are purely aesthetic, not pure strength or a combination of both
Don't worry about cutting at this point. Just eat and lift.
Good base. I'd say your back seems to be the your strong point.
start bulking. you will lose a little fat anyway.
