Should I put on more weight or cut what I got, I don't really want to be ginormous just around 200 lbs would make me happy.

your choice, but either way you'll need to clean bulk eventually.
option 1: clean bulk to a little over 200, then cut
option 2: cut until you get your body to look like a smaller version of your goal, then clean bulk from there
I'm assuming your goals are purely aesthetic, not pure strength or a combination of both
