Talking Beginner, Before picture, and 2 months later.

Hey, im new to bodybuilding and that sort of thing, but finally got myself to start, and am on a pretty strict routine. Changed my diet, and started bulking a bit.
6'0 and 155 to start, im now at 168 after 2 months.

What do you think. No comments on the hair. ;) ;) .

That's a pretty nice gain for 2 months. Keep it up, and feel free to post your current routine and diet.

Right now my current routine is that Shoulders routine posted in the training forums, on the testosterone website. http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=469072 I do that twice a week, and then other than that, the basics, with about 3 days of rest each week, and one day each week for abs and legs.

For my diet, i try to get at least 150 grams of protein each day. 50 of which comes from shakes. I get most of the protein from breakfast where i normally eat three eggs, with cheese on bagels/toast, with ham. I try to do the 6 meals a day thing, but it doesnt work out for me, my body type is strange, i have a 28 inch waist, most stores dont even make my pants size, 28,34. :( .

funny you mention that. My girlfriend just told me that her sister buys cheap jeans that are just a little big on her and for $10 she goes to a seamstress and gets them altered to fit perfectly. Haven't done it yet myself but I do have some pants that I might try it out on soon.

More protein! Since you have a relatively low BF% (from the looks of your pictures anyways) you should be intaking around 250-300grams/day give or take ,you should be at about 2-3grams/lb lean body mass for a bulk cycle. But don't just increase your number of shakes, get the protein from food preferably.

your doing ok i guess... more important thought to consider is: are you happy or not...? what i say doesnt matter if your not happy with your progress...

I used to be the same way. Try and progressively increase your intake...you'll never make the jump from say 2000 calories to 4000 calories overnight. I made a conscious effort to increase my intake by a little bit on a per week basis and now I don't have a problem shoveling food down. Took me about 6 months to do it
